  31. The intention was so that the parser could know how many URIs to expect.
  32. However, as has been pointed out in some off-list mail, this is not
  33. necessary and it introduces the potential for errors when the number
  34. of URLs does not agree with the value of the integer.
  35.  
  36. I'll revise the format to remove that integer.
